Criders Lawn Care Maintenance Crew Member position requires a dependable, motivated, and experienced person to care for the turf and landscape of commercial buildings and residential homes. Crew members would be responsible for proper completion of all property maintenance duties including but not limited to: mowing, line trimming, pulling/spraying weeds, and removal of debris from the property.
This position requires the ability to work and communicate with the crew manager and crew members to successfully complete the daily schedule in a timely manner.

Daily Equipment Preparation
Load trailers with correct mowers, refill fuel, refill backpack sprayers, load any additional tools, and properly secure all equipment.

Complete Maintenance Work
Ensure each property is properly mowed, trimmed, sprayed, and all debris is removed from the site

Direct work on-site

Maintain a safe work environment while producing timely and quality job production. Maintain open communication with crew manager and crew members

Positively Help Crew

This is a HEAVY physical position and requires you to be in physically good shape.

Provide positive leadership in order to maintain crew moral and job progress.

Abide by Company Policy and Safety

Enforce safe loading and transportation of equipment/materials and operations. Uphold company policy according to company policy.
